Educational Qualification
The candidate must have completed all 5 semesters of AME course from a DGCA approved institution. http://dgca.gov.in/ame/ametrg.pdf. It is mandatory for candidates to obtain a recommendation letter from their college/ institution. The letter should state that the On the Job training is required by the candidate as it’s a part of the curriculum for obtaining his/her AME certificate.
Documents required
Letter from college if the candidate has completed 2.5 years of AME Diploma, 5th semester mark sheet, 2 pass-port size photographs, permanent residential proof document. (Original and Photocopy)
Process for inducting an OJT in Jet Airways :
- Online Filling of Forms : The candidate needs to fill an online form to apply for On the Job Training in Jet Airways Engineering & Maintenance Department. The form will be available on the website-www.jetairways.com.
- Shortlisting of candidates : Shortlisting of candidates for written test will be done based on details in the form if they have completed AME Diploma or have completed 5th Semester in AME Diploma.
- Written Test : A written test will be conducted for shortlisted candidates for OJT in Jet Airways Mumbai Hangar. Written test will consist of multiple choice questions. Candidates will be shortlisted only after they clear the written test.
- Training Fees : Training cost of INR 30,000 will be applicable to all selected candidates. Training cost will have to be paid via Demand Draft on the first day of On the Job Training on the name of Jet Airways (I) Ltd. This amount is non-refundable.

Passport / Aadhar card
Must possess a valid Indian passport and Aadhar Card
Other Information
It will be the sole discretion of the Company that the candidate may be deputed to any section. There will be no changes once the candidate is assigned his/her section for On the Job Training.
After completion of On the Job Training, the candidates will get an experience letter from Jet Airways (I) Ltd.
