About Your Job-
Qatar Airways is seeking Workshop Mechanics with experience in structures, machinery, avionics and electrical. Please specify in your application which area you have experience.
As Workshops mechanic you will be responsible to perform all required work in accordance with approved technical data, QR standards and procedures; meeting the highest shop practices and safety to provide operational results as set by the unit.
You will be responsible for the completion of any assigned task within frame work of procedures and set time frame by performing effectively within an environment of time constraints and a high level of technical competency.
About You -
You must hold a recognized aeronautical engineering degree or diploma in aircraft maintenance engineering and also an advantage if you have ICAO Type II license.
You must have at least 3 years’ relevant experience as mechanic excluding OJT and knowledge of aircraft maintenance fundamentals and company procedures. You must have strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment to all levels in the organisation.
