  Director Operation	Type rating on ATR 72-500, Min. 20 year of flying experience, 5 year on type, TRE/TRI would be preferred.
  Director Flight Safety	Type rating on ATR 72-500 Min.20 year of flying experience, min 10 year experience in flight safety department in supervisory position in airline.
  Director In-Flight	05 year exp in In-flight services at leading position out of which 2 year as Manager In flight, 05 year exp as instructor handling cabin crew in airline.
  Director Engineering	25 year of aviation experience, 10 year as licensed AME, 5 year as AME on ATR 72-500, at least 10 year experience of quality and CAMO department in supervisory position.
  Chief Engineer	25 year of Aviation Experience, 15 year as licensed AME (B1, B2) 5 year of experience of Licensed AME (B1, B2) on ATR 72-500.
  Chief of Security	25 year experience in aviation security services, 05 year experience as COS/Dy. COS in airline.
  Director Ground Operation and Airport Services	25 year experience in ground handling and airport operation, min 10 year at supervisory position out of which atleast 5 year as Airport Manager in airline.
